Oceânica realiza segundo Fórum “Que Litoral Queremos?”
A Oceânica dá continuidade ao trabalho de conservação dos ambientes e espécies marinhas na costa do RN. Desta vez a organização não governamental realiza nos dias 11 e 12 de julho os fóruns setoriais “Que Litoral Queremos?”.
omo parte das atividades do Projeto Ponta de Pirangi (Fase 3), realizado com patrocínio da Petrobras, através do Programa Petrobras Socioambiental e Governo Federal. “
O evento acontece no Restaurante Paçoca de Pilão no Distrito Litorâneo de Pirangi do Norte, Avenida Deputado Márcio Marinho, número 5708 e está marcado para iniciar as 16 horas e se estender até as 19 horas.
“O Fórum foi planejado para dar voz a todas os usuários do litoral com o objetivo de proporcionar uma discussão ampla, participativa e integrada sobre do ordenamento e conservação dos bens naturais do território costeiro e marinho do RN”, explica a presidente da Oceânica, Joane Batista.
A segunda rodada de discussões será realizada em dois dias, cada um com quatro horas de trabalho e contará com a participação de associações e clubes comunitários, Ong´s e Escolas Públicas que estão inseridas na faixa litorânea de Parnamirim e Nísia Floresta. A pauta de discussão será norteada pela indagação de dá nome ao evento, “Que Litoral Queremos?” e como cada usuário enxerga a ocupação das áreas litorâneas e a conservação da biodiversidade Marinha.
As discussões serão realizadas com a utilização de mapas para dar uma visão espacial de como está acontecendo o uso e ocupação da costa para apontar os conflitos que ocorrem na área. “O intuito de alcançar soluções e construir uma convivência democrática, para que todos possam fazer uso do litoral de uma forma justa, coletiva sem perder o objetivo maior que é a conservação desses ambientes marinhos e costeiros”, completa Joane Batista.
Ao fim do Fórum serão criados documentos para subsidiar ações como o Projeto Orla e o Plano Diretor das áreas em discussão.
